The people saying "dead game, no patches" frankly aren't looking for reasoned rational arguments.
They'll keep yelling and screaming because they feel they're somehow wronged, it really has nothing to do with the game. They're an angry mob.
Mindless zombies
+1
No, the team was 500 and went down to 300. 300 is the current 60%.
They were wronged, we were, you paid for this mess and now most of us do not want to pay this anymore, so there is damage done in this. Stop minimizing CDK's actions as you do not own part of the company nor are a part of it, they do not deserve to be defended.
Its a common pratice to move developers on new projects and leave the rest to support a recently released game. Nothing that justify silly reactions i've seen on this forum.
Dude the game has stopped selling. It sold 50% of what CDPR aimed for.
Of course "the majority" of whomever is left enjoy playing or they'd have left. But since only 50% of the expected customers bought the game and a lot of us who did buy the game are not satisfied at all and the game has stopped selling... Well, maybe some mental stress is in order.
But the rest of the gaming world is simply moving on. NOBODY knows which direction CP77 is taking and it hasn't taken any impressive steps forwards as of yet.
The current situation is not even an entertaining ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, it's just forgetable and regretable.
Only thing they said is that around 60% of total sales in Q1 came from Cyberpunk 2077.
Once the game is truely done, free of bugs and working as intended, I think they get a good number of more sales by all the people who are just waiting to get it at full potential.
Lol
