Best way to ride the train please?
I found some youtube vids of ppl doing it but they never say how they got on the train line. Does anyone know a good location on where you can jump on the train please?

Chap showed how you could do it by getting on top of a flying car that travel over the railway tracks he did mention there's two types of track, it works better on the wider tracks as the thinner track will not let you ride the train.

I've ridden it. You need to get creative at jumping on top of buildings to finally jump on to the top of the train. It is almost not worth it imho since the train eventually disappears dumping you onto whatever is underneath at the time. If the train kept looping around the city, I would most certainly say it is worth it, but it doesn't.

True ... mostly worth for the photo op.
Once you manage to get onto the wider tracks as mentioned above (i. e. the ones with concrete platforms to the side of the actual track about as wide as the track itself) you don't even need to jump off a roof. You can just stand on the track itself, face an oncoming train and time the jump well, so you don't get hit or jump over the train. Riding on random cars is a bit more fun, actually, though they also disappear or just stop in place.

That vid actually makes it look fun to travel around via the train. I never really got why people got so up in arms about it. However it does look cool and you get some nice views. I would actually use it if it were in the game. Shame they never bothered to implement it.

this is only good if you haven't done this mission, plus it kinda ruins the immersion of this mission.

No sh**. The point i was making is that it was nothing to be that disappointed about. Still isn't. Its just a train.

Yes you can jump over train line from viaduct. Also you can practise climbing somewhere near train lines (usually near outskirts of the districts). But beware, V can slide off the train on nearest turn.
