PSA: How to fix bugged Cyberpsycho quest Bloody Ritual

If you search this quest it seems there are countless topics about bugs related to it. None of the fixes worked for me. Finally figured it out. I had to add and/or modify the following Quest facts to finally trigger this quest completion. After doing this, the Cyberpsycho will get out of the freezer (again if you already killed it) and trigger the rest of the story mission after you kill him again.
I was stuck at "Search the area for clues" step for months.

Anyway, using the Save Editor (CyberCAT GUI) add or update the following Quest Facts:

cyber cat gui is bugged too, i can't open my savegame without crashing it :(

lmao my issue is that, when I kill Zaria (the cybersycho for this mission) and her HP drops to 0%, my game freezes and crashes
