Most of them are driving around on their own doing weird stuff, like going through peoples yards instead of the road. I remember a couple cars not driving. One is at the landfill, another is next to a road behind a fence.
I do agree that its a bad designed mission though since it inerrupts other stuff, I didn't even enter the car in V's apartment garage so I could avoid it until I was ready to work on it
actually after delamain calls you to say you're near 1 GPS leads you (Usually) right to them anyway
yea it does on some but not all of them
Worked for me a few days ago?
Also worked for me two days ago!
Also, advice to the OP: when completing the one in the Badlands, a visual bug seems to commonly occur that will impact the calls you take from other characters for the rest of the game. Save before attempting and make sure to let the Badlands vehicle completely finish speaking. To check if you did not get the bug, wait for Delemain to call. To double check, wait until the gig is complete and call Regina. If there is no visual bug when she calls (you'll know!), then you're good!
