Do the words I say in the tests change my ending?
The woman is making me say some random words when she says other words, do my choices change anything? Is there anything I should be doing to get the best possible ending or does it all lead to the same thing?

Assuming you took the Arasaka ending? No. Their purpose isn't to change the ending just what you've been thinking about when you do make a choice within that ending. Part of the verbal test is a nod to Bladerunner's test for empathy.

If you say the right combination Jackie bursts through the airlock in the Milenium Falcon and injects the cure to the sickness into your ass cheeks, I got that ending but I forgot which combination of words I used.

A choice? Does the choice give a bad or worse ending?
I took the arasaka path, I originally did the suicide ending but I want to see what happens in the other one, and I want to make sure I can get a good ending but I'm worried I'll take a wrong turn

Nope those tests should not change anything. When the guy speaks to you, Hellman in my case and some Takemura if they saved him, and he asks what path you want, then that is the point that matters.

Going to have to be up to you what you call a good ending. I wouldn’t say anything in Arasaka is a good ending per say, which you will see what I mean as you try other endings, but the most satisfying one in Arasaka path is choosing to go home.
By good I just mean actually living, I found the suicide ending to be a bit depressing lol

The best ending in my opinion is the one where you leave the city completely, cause that was the only one that I got legendary status on 100%, if playing as Male V its with Panam, if playing as Female V its judy, but its the same mission on both

lol, mate, you are thinking way too much deeper than what the game actually is.

You can choose whatever you like in these tests or just remain silent all the way. Won't make no damn difference, as do 98% of the choices in this game.

Same here. Suicide one really got to me and that was my first ending by mistake with me just clicking various stuff. Heading back home to Earth is what you want to choose.
I did what you said and returned to earth, except during the credits, some character talk about how something big is happening with V as the lead role or something? What does that mean?
I also dislike how after the credits it returns you to your save before meeting with Hanako, so you can't go and talk to characters and see their reactions to what happened to you in space and stuff, I would have liked that. But instead you go back in time and no one has a clue what happened to you. Plus the Nocturne OP55N1 mission is never going to disappear

Some of it does leave things up to interpretration, so perhaps DLC will expand on things a bit in the future. I thought the Rogue ending where you choose path of letting V return to his body was much better and do want to do the Panam one next.
What you mean? I wasn't given any option to do anything with Panam or Rogue at the end

Oh and one more thing, what's the song that plays when talking to Johnny for the final time? When you walk up those stairs in some shrine looking place, then Johnny talks to you about betrayal and stuff in the "Where is my mind" mission?

You needed to complete their quest lines to unlock those 2 ending. There is also a secret ending where you go into Arisaka tower alone "Matrix" style, however unlocking it depends on few things that might be already done in your playthrough.
IMHO Panam ending is most pleasant, where "Don't Fear the Reaper" is the most fitting the setting.
