Yeah it is, Kerenzikov is a particular build/gameplay but you can just use it basically without maxing it or specially building around it .
Presonally i got it at a basic level and it helps a lot for beating those guys
basically you become Neo in Matrix
can slow time and deal extra dmg/crits (depends on model) with Sandevistan
or armoured, have regeneration and bonus (melee) damage with Berserk
or can hack stuff with cyberdecks.
Those 3 can be swapped with the help of ripperdocks as you see fit, providing you have stats for them (Berserk needs Body, cyberdecks are Intellect-based and Sandevistan is about Reflexes).
When they dash, sometimes they get just in front of you, try to slowly dodge and when they get just in front quickly headshot them, it works pretty fine for me (but i repeat i also have a kerenzikov cyberware, not the sandevistan).
Yes but as i/you said Sandevistan is a specific build that won't allow you anymore to play as netrunner because, like you said Sandevistan, replaces cyberdeck.
I f you use a classic cyberdeck with a kerenzikov cyberware (this is how i built my main char), you can use both function, you can netrun and slow time.
That said the timeslow function of the kerenzikov alone is very basic without the sandevistan deck.
In conclusion you don't really need to run a full sandevistan build to start to slow time.1
[EDIT] I use a uncommon/green kerenzikov (nervous system) cyberware, it doesn't require any reflexes stat nor specific cyberdeck like Sandevistan.
Stat requirement begins with /rare/blue rarity (12 reflexes points)

Be aware that gun is based an the RT-46 Burya, so before you can craft the Comrade,
you can use a good rare/epic Burya, it does the job if you find one with goods stats.
When you double tap movement for dash press block, it will active Kerenzikov.
When Kerenzikov's effect start press heavy attack [it's hold right mouse for pc] and release. This will let you close the gap very fast. You can even perform light attack or two after hyper dash while Kerenzikov effect persist.
It wont be hyper dash heavy attack like those guard in secret ending mission did. And you can't do it consecutively while bots can do it 24/7.
Yeah but karenzikov has a cooldown. They use it repeatedly, as if there is 0 cooldown. Its like rapid fire. I'd understand if its one dash very 4-6 seconds, you know, like you get as the player.
To my knowledge there's no karenzikov that has 0 cooldown after time slow. Pretty sure the legendary version is 4 seconds.
It's bots privilege. Like when you shooting high level enemy and did only like 2 or 3 damage while low level bots shoot you for full damage.
