I tried a little more. The problem is Johnny's Jacket, it prohibits "Game Over" and "Oh, My God! They Killed V!"
When I tried the things of which I posted above, I originally had a pencil dress on, which prevented me from using a whole lot more poses, including even "Tabula Rasa". To test the proposition that the clothes might matter, I switched to the only other set of clothing I had in my inventory at the time (I store spare clothing in my cars), Johnny's Outfit. And with that, animations such as "Like One of Your French Girls!", "Tabula Rasa" and "Needed a Breather" worked.
Even though this may be a single player game, it seemed wrong to me to outright strip V, thus I left only the head, face and foot slots open, and put said gear in the other slots. "Game Over" and "Oh, My God! They Killed V!" just weren't there. However, taking the jacket off as well, the animations appeared again.
I am not sure how far this limitation goes. Do all jackets prevent one from using the "Game Over" pose? Only the particularly bulky ones? Only this particular one? Does the upper torso slot have to be outright empty in order to use it? I am going to try, but any insight on what prohibits which animations would be welcome.
IE: Places and clothing determine poses.......
