This game should have cost $120. Here's why.
If it cost more, people maybe would have waited for reviews to hit before they went to buy it.

I bought it, and I enjoyed it to the point I think it's worth even more than $120. As more mods are created and more dev content is realeased, I can easily see playing this hundreds of hours.

Also, if it went for $120, the price could always drop.

gtg, but there's more reasons it's worth plenty of $.

Sports games that get regurgitated every year should have a different pricing model obviously, maybe $80-$100 USD.

Having a higher entry point would solve a lot of problems in the industry.

And no all you special snowflakes, it is not your 'right' to be able to play a game. It is a privilege, and this industry should be treated as a mature hobby, not this pocket change throw-away industry we have now. IMHO, YMMV.

Be careful what you wish for, $120 is obstinately high for a game, people should be more considerate with their game choices though, it just takes a more educated consumer to pick what is right for them, rather than just say doubling the price.
I get your point though.

Yeeeeah, if that was the case I would prefer getting the high seas version and then flushing 120 down the toilet.

My God, living proof that P.T. Barnum was absolutely right.

If Barnum were around now, he'd have given up and jumped into a piranha-infested swimming pool. Even shysters can only handle so many paying suckers.

The game isn't worth above $30.

I would be fine, as long as it meant no more micro-transactions, free DLC and more polish. maybe if they said out of the gate the game is 120$ they would have doubled their current staff, that's wishful thinking though

I agree with both of you. They should've sold a game for $120 with 4x the content this one had.

paid 150$ for distant worlds with all expansions :D insane but I loved it so much, but I knew what I was getting into.

I feel where you're coming from.

oh god, knowing what i know now, i'd never pay more than 10€. It's got some good things, but overall it was a disappointment. Can't change cars visuals, can´t belong to a nomad group (given the 3 initial options I thought to be possible), police is ♥♥♥♥ (not even going to the part where we help the police in a anti-system game, LOL), NPC's are empty... Could be here all night, really

nice one OP. 120usd by 4 will be 480 which is ridiculously expensive. (could have pay my rent, electrical and water bill.)

game price in my country just the same USA, nothing change via regional price.

thats it. most cdpr fanboi are just plain stupid and not thinking about himself and others.

if game will be 120usd i bet more people will just do something illegal.

and also pretty sure this dude 12.y.o dont know how value money is, especially at this time of pandemic.

go to school.

You pay for low quality crack for that amount it seems. You obviously don't understand a good product from the standards of business.
