Well if we think about the story and the background of V and Johnny Silverhand it should be really obvious why they can't f u c k! Maybe in their dreams but that's for you to imagine - and even if they would fall in love - f u c k i n g is literally impossible for them to do together - I mean they could do s e x talk buuuut I feel like it would be more important wanting to survive and not die than playing around.

Come on lads, fangirling is fine and sometimes understandable and I get why you would want that but if you played Cyberpunk or know the story of the game you should know that it won't happen, it's not possible and wouldn't make any sense.

according to cdpr, yes. They even stated they were fine with mods that used other characters in the game, just not Keanu.
