Gig: No Fixers Bug

In the No Fixers job Tanner won't get in her car nor will the optional objective update. I have tried saving and reloading multiple times. She just stands there. If I try to drive forward a bit she just follows on foot at a leisurely pace. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get her in the van?

Same issue. I blew her van up and tried to get her in a different car and no luck.

Does she follow you? There is the optional objectiv of taking her van, but maybe you can just walk?

Walking slowly 1100 metres might be a way if 100% but why the ♥♥♥♥ did these morons break this quest is a better question.

I don't think they broke it on purpose. And some NPCs are porting after you if you are too far away. Running would be an option or even just driving there, if she ports after V.

this worked for me backed up the van so Iris clipped though quicksave then quickload

I got fed up after trying a couple reloads and decided to run her over with her own van. After a slight fender bender involving her face, she decided riding shotgun was a good idea.

I just got in her van and drove off - IIRC, she just suddenly was in the van with me shortly after.

I had the same problem and tried several different options to maneuver Iris into the Van opened doors, got in from the passenger side, moved the car out of the garage, etc. I then tried driving to Dakota's garage and Iris warped along behind, but on arrival I did not get credit for the van. Reload. What worked was this: After the dialog with Iris about her van I finished up my minor looting and went to the van. Closed the hood. Iris will "satellite" round V no matter where he/she walks. Pulled the van out of the garage and DURING THE DIALOG where Iris is talking to V thanking him for getting the van, I backed the van up until Iris was positionally inside the van, she clips through the van like it's not there. Waited for the dialog to finish and checked to make sure she was there by moving my POV to inside the van (I drive in 3rd person). Viola! She's in the passenger seat. Drive to Dakota's as normal and pick up a nice bonus from Iris afterward.

there is an easier way than this - you drive into her so she clips through the car, then save and reload. Same effect but a bit faster :)

If you keep driving long enough, she will warp into the van.

I had to drive at least a kilometer or two before it happened
