Has anyone been able to find this dude in the game? From some shards and gigs h seems like a PoS, so I want to end him but he is no where to be found. I tried going to his yacht at different times at night, etc. but he never shows. Guessing he could be in DLC or something.

He is the guy who does low-budget BDs on a yacht, name comes up in a few places

He's actually in the Konpeki Plaza's bar in the mission "The Heist"

I have not seen him. That I can remember. Might be worth having a closer look at the lot for Sarah's money......... I can't say that I ever noticed it.
