ah ok
Seriously. Like after you wake up in the dump its like hey welcome to the open world and the rest of the story, btw its a one directional story line from here to the end so no choices for you! Oh and btw you get to spend all of it with Silverhands now have fun! 🤮🤮🤮
Quite. Literally nothing that happens in them affects V's storyline. Same as everything between the heist and seeing Takemura. Fine to play though once but give us the option to skip it subsequently.
Literally nothing happens that affects V? It’s the first revelation of V’s fate. On top of resetting the tone and pacing of the story thus far, it is the first spasm of the emotional and existential heart of the story.
The acting and presence of the two gonks is stirring. The shooter’s voice is so normal and composed. The menace is hidden in a disturbing way.
And then stepping through the encounter in slow motion. You can hear the heart beating faster and faster. Then you hear the click of a firing pin striking. An infinite moment of time between life and death. The heart starts beating slower and slower. A gasp. A stagger. A fall…
And one final heartbeat. Darkness.
Again, my desire to skip has nothing to do with the quality of the storytelling - just wishing there was a skip option for when you're on your fifth or sixth playthrough.
I really wish BD were a bigger part of this game they were pretty cool. I remember the first time with this one too being like "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this is awesome, I can't wait to see more of these." And then we really only had like one or two more? I can't remember, someone correct me if I am wrong. I was really disappointed that there weren't more in the game.
LOL this is so true, but to actually have to explain this to another adult is just where we are in the world today. OMG.
"I can't believe you'd want to reduce the loading screen times in your game by putting it on an SSD. A poor experience is just part of the product, that's just the way it is."
"Using a mod to improve textures to improve your experience? LOL GROW UP, accept the base game as it is. Poor textures are just the way it is."
Like.. Is the concept of attempting to improve your own experience with a game really that alien? I am just looking for resources to help me manage an element of the game I wish to improve, that's really not such a big deal lol
I'm just hoping for an end conversation option that involves kicking him in the balls.
