Where can I find pants?

I have been to every clothing store and none of them have offered crafting recipe for epic pants. I have an epic skirt crafting recipe, but no pants. I have rare and uncommon pants as well.

One does not simply walk into epic pants.

Depends on your level stats, as higher the stats you find more epic clothes. But you still get epic pants at clothing stores, move time 24 hours to get different ones.

You have to either buy legendary pants from the store, or craft lower grade pants. There are no current pants recipes that you can buy. I could be wrong about this, but I have yet to see one. Not at legendary at least.
