Good list! I enjoyed the shooting range competitions and think that's a fun addition.
Here's my take on these:
(1) An option to hide headgear certainly fits in with the original cyberpunk "all armor should be optional" mechanisms. (But officially supporting nude characters probably does not work well with a troll infested internet and photo mode within the game. So maybe hiding headgear would be all we get for this.)
(2) Zooming out on the minimap (maybe automatically with increased velocity -- the minimap should maybe show at least a second of travel time ahead of the driver) would be nice, and projecting planned route indicators onto the road ahead would be nicer.
(3) I would be very, very careful about added mini games. Mostly because they need to fit into night city. So... for example, shooting ranges, rooftop basketball, and maybe burrito cook offs would fit, but for example horse racing would have to use cybernetic horses. (That said, while these are easy to ask for they would be difficult to make into fun activities.)
(4) Vehicle customization in this game suggests a need for vehicle combat[www.sjgames.com]. And that, in turn, suggests some heavy weight DLC (probably set out somewhere in the badlands, maybe along the lines of Rage 2), Or, ok, maybe a gwent like spinoff in partnership with steve jackson games? Personally, though, I would prefer a DLC or game expansion thing over a spinoff or a card game thing.
Although for 4's car stuff, I think we're more likely to see more vehicles and cosmetic options than any sort of tuning system ala Saints Row or Forza. CDPR would have telemetry showing how much people actually bought and drove lots of cars. I don't think I bought a single vehicle, and just used the mission reward ones. I played with cyberwear, clothing, and crafting a lot, since those impacted gameplay 20x more.
