Can't hack/jack in generators
Anyone else having this problem/bug?

Yes.

I have seen some generators with that hack icon where they were not actually hackable. (I do not know the game implementation details behind this, but I can imagine several different kinds of causes.)

stupid question time: You do have a Cyberdeck installed? If using Beserk or sevestan you cannot Jack in.

do you have quickhack os installed?

yes I do have the cyberware that allows quickhacks. I was in an area where I was able to datamine other devices but couldn't on generators
