How to lvl up my athletics?
Like i run, and run, and run. I jump, I climp, I punch people in their stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ faces but i cant seem to get any athletics experience!!! WTF GIVES! HOW DO I LVL IT UP? HOW!!!???

run, swim, rip machine guns from turrets, open every str checked door etc
you will never get to 20 tho, I did pure punch build and I ended the game at lvl 43, 16 lvl in athelthics

Just glitch it. Athletics levels up ultra slow. You can 100% the game and it'll be like level 12 by the end.

Get any berserk cyberdeck. Activate it then slide and bring up the skill panel immediately. You should see the athletics level increase, just wait until its full.

running, jumping, forcing open doors, melee weapons and fist fighting will all help athletics, just run from icon to icon instead of using vehicles when working on side missions

Due to the over whelming hate videos I actully came across a vid that shows how to do things in the inventory. You go to your inventory, then your character, should see them sections like a spread sheet with intel, body and so forth. The yellow numbers are used to upgrade a defined function with in that section. You will need to click on it and see what is there. above you may have tabs that will have certain sections in with you upgrade that part. to do this hold "F", says so at the bottom right.

To upgrade the whole section of the body, select the section, and hold "F". This is done with the Blue numbers..

thats because your body skill is only at level 5, you can't level skills higher then the main skill they are in, you have to wait you get more player level points (blue) to get the body skill higher and then you can continue leveling athletics

they need to buff the xp gain from running and parkour if its even working. Something definitely seems off with it.

thats because your body skill is only at level 5, you can't level skills higher then the main skill they are in, you have to wait you get more player level points (blue) to get the body skill higher and then you can continue leveling athletics

but no i got my body skill up to 10 and still no movement on the athletics progression.

Its working it just takes time, you will see 20xp athletics pop up from time to time its just very slow

I'm assuming that you did put some points into Body.

Get a berserk, the best legendary one for the purpose with the 30sec cooldown can be found at one point. Get gorilla arms, the Gold plated bat or the Cottonmouth.

Go to Pacifica Pier. Activate berserk. Move along the shore towards the plaza (and the plaza fast travel), meleeing / clubbing everyone while jumping and sprinting. Get 1000+XP in athletics per berserk. Level 8-10 can be achieved within a couple of runs, and because you are using berserk, you will be moving very quickly.

so berserk is giving good xp? gonna give it a go!

I wonder how many of us with low ath stat are using the quickhack os.

I had the same issue with an INT 20 + Body 20 + Crafting 20 + Cool build, which was practically only using legendary quickhacks and the gold-plated bat to keep things balanced. This is why the pacifica shore run is optimal: You get small groups of enemies which usually can be nullified with a quick berserk, so you get a lot of XP.
