[SOLVED] Organized crime bug in Santo Domingo/Arroyo

Kill all enemies, but did not get the „mission conplete“ message. Any help?

If the skull is on the map still then you have not killed them all.

There is one in Santo Domingo that is at a constuction sight and the boss is spawning up on the metal flooring above you where you cannnot climb up to. You have to use ranged weapons to shoot him. Will not be able to loot the body.

I dont remmber where on the map this was.

Is that the one with the gang's having HQ in a trailer? If so I am having the same problem. An no there is NO ONE left alive, I even killed civvies, just to be sure. The "!" is in the HQ trailer but no amount if scanning or computer hacking/access seems to satisfy the quest.

It looks like a construction site.
But there is no other enemy in the metal flooring above.

I am stuck on the same one as Blitz, i climbed everything, killed everything and everyone surrounding, can't crack it...ping every item, cant see him, where the ♥♥♥♥ could he be...

The one time I experienced an issue with a blue marker was when I blew up the car that contained the loot, leaving the area and returning made a new item container spawn.

I recommend leaving the area so it de-loads, and then returning. Any glitched NPCs, containers, or interactables should fix themselves.

Sounds like a glitch/ bug. reload? dont have any problems with this NCPD-quest

Reloaded save and restarted game. No fix!
Maybe need to check game files.

♥♥♥♥ that man, i am lvl 50, close to the point of no return, it's a quick fix or not at all...doesn't matter that much, just the perfectionist in me going for 100%

I came from the other side and got on the roof. And killed all enemys from there slowly.
Plus loaded an old save. Did one gig and then the crime point.

I have this issue in this same Organized Crime, I killed everyone, literally destroyed the place with grenades, went up the roofs, ran the whole block and killed everyone, the quest just does not get resolved. Tried multiple times, left the place, did other missions, etc. This is the only one I cannot complete. Any advise? Starting over is not an option, I am level 50 with every side quest done except this one.

There's a staircase that leads up to him, assuming we're talking about the same one (Wraiths holed up at a construction site on the outskirts of Santo Domingo, and there's a boss with a big hammer holed up on a platform above).

The only one i have had problems with is Impala Automatics (in the hills outside Japantown), because there's a robot there that likes to spawn inside a stack of crates. I recommend bringing a Tech weapon for that one.

I have this problem too. Darius Milles. The way I see it I do not think that the guys with the cars spawned and that's the problem. No idea how to fix it.

Old thread, but had this problem yesterday. Found a *9th* gang member on the opposite entrance waiting beside a SUV. Didn't aggro for whatever reason. Mission resolved after I took him out
