The only fans that complain about getting more of the product they are fans of. Movies Fans and Game fans. SMH
Nothing is ever good enough. Its either too much content, not enough content, or not enough of the content that the player wanted to play, vs. the content the player doesn't care about playing. And game designers are supposed to know exactly what content each hard core player will care enough about to want to play NG +++++, without pissing off all the casual players who want to finish a game in 25 hours.
Such entitled A$$hats we've become.
Wish I could send all you basement dwelling whiners back to the 80's and 90's and hand you a Nintendo controller with two F'ing buttons and tell you enjoy this game where all you do is play a plumber who jumps on top of Turtles and Mushrooms, and another game where you are a Ninja who constantly falls to your death when a Pigeon from hell knocks your Ninja Gaiden'd A$$ right out of the damn sky. Or maybe take you back in time to the feeling of wonder and absolute freedom the first time you experienced a true 3D game, where you could go in more directions than just side ways.
You know what was awesome about the dawn of gaming. You were thankful that the game existed at all. That someone created something so awesome for you to enjoy, and sometimes hate, but in the end you were still thankful to have it, because until that point you only had movies, and books, and poking your friends with sticks and pretending it was a rifle bayonet.
Please for the love of all that was once pure and good in this world. Don't complain about too much content.
Make your mind, people.
That said I really enjoyed some of the side quests, in particular the Raymond Chandler Evening quest had me laughing at Johnny's commentary. There are also a few quest chains, although sometimes you have to pay attention to emails and shards to see the connections (e.g. the conflict between the Valentinos and 6SG because of a Romeo and Juliet romance has about 6 missions). The reactivity could be better, e.g. if you complete a job by killing everyone instead of being stealthy like the client wanted, it would be nice to see the Fixer cancel additional contracts with you etc. As it is, you probably get more loot and XP by killing everyone in a mission as opposed to sneaking around to get the extra reward.

There is also at least 1 other side gig that will disappear if you don't do it prior to another mission.
