CDPR games simply can't be changed the way Bethsoft games can. You can tweak them; the way horse calling works, display options, the way weapons work, and visual changes, but you can't overhaul the world. It's simply not possible.
Also, CDPR needs to fix everything wrong with 2077 before they allow us to do things that completely break and/or change the way 2077 works. That's all I'm saying.
