Deciding what's best for your build is your job.
If you never run out of stamina, that just means that whatever you're doing, you're doing it right.
It's like sayin stealth perks are useless because I clear rooms via the camera feed before going in.
there's other things that restore allot stam on kill. building right so you kill fast you'll never be low on stam.
having 2 food stamina regeneration buffs make your stamina almost unlimited as is. and these buffs last 10mins-1hour
its def not something you have to bother monitoring ... ever. i think the only fight in the entire game i actually looked at the stam bar was in the pro boxing fight so i knew when to back off.
My point is that those stamina recovery perks are useless, as the items you can easily buy and add to your equipment are indefinately better than having even 5 of those perks. You dont need to -build- your character to have stamina, you can go to cyber clinic and boom with one single mod your stamina problems are gone forever. After that you can smash hit button as much as you want on hardest difficulty and never be slowed down.
The Body requirements for the cyberdecks are also similar to the perks, so you need the body anyway for both, with money you just get much better results than with the perks, and money is unlimited perks are not.
Everything , not just perks, contribuite to building your character.
And some mods ain't cheap either.
Also, what if I don't want to buy that mod cause I want to use that slots for something else?
Cybermods are part of the character building process. And so are outfits mods.
I'm a stealth guy and I've found a outfit mod that silences landing.
No perks do that.
Implants require you to put attributes to get them though, but you could ignore all the perks without a single point in them, and still be OP with all the clothing/weapon mods and cyberware.
