Stamina system is completely useless?
As I am playing a brawler, I first took some stamina bonus perks, thinking its essential. But rarely I run out of stamina, thinking that is it worth to even care about it?

Then I found some "+100% stamina when kill an enemy with gorilla arms" and "+50% stamina when kill enemy with any weapon" (the later is better) cyberdeck mods. After that I figured that what are all those stamina perks for? I bought the respec item and respecced all of those stamina boosting perks away except the one that makes running stamina free as I run a lot.

Never run out of stamina. Perks = useless. Well, many other perks are too, but the whole stamina path for perks is quite a lot of useless ones. There is like 10 different perks in Body tree for stamina, none (except the running one if you run around the town a lot) is usefull.

You want to have a large enough stamina bar if you dodge a lot during gunfights or just in general.

Deciding what's best for your build is your job.

If you never run out of stamina, that just means that whatever you're doing, you're doing it right.
It's like sayin stealth perks are useless because I clear rooms via the camera feed before going in.

netrunner is the only build I bothered with personally way more useful.

there's a body perk that makes dodging cost no stamina.
there's other things that restore allot stam on kill. building right so you kill fast you'll never be low on stam.
having 2 food stamina regeneration buffs make your stamina almost unlimited as is. and these buffs last 10mins-1hour

its def not something you have to bother monitoring ... ever. i think the only fight in the entire game i actually looked at the stam bar was in the pro boxing fight so i knew when to back off.

yes you wont need any stamina perk if you got a perk that recover stamina, you wont need stamina recovery perk if you got some stamina perk, its all how you build your character, melee charge requires a hefty amount of stamina

My point is that those stamina recovery perks are useless, as the items you can easily buy and add to your equipment are indefinately better than having even 5 of those perks. You dont need to -build- your character to have stamina, you can go to cyber clinic and boom with one single mod your stamina problems are gone forever. After that you can smash hit button as much as you want on hardest difficulty and never be slowed down.

The Body requirements for the cyberdecks are also similar to the perks, so you need the body anyway for both, with money you just get much better results than with the perks, and money is unlimited perks are not.

Everything , not just perks, contribuite to building your character.
And some mods ain't cheap either.

Also, what if I don't want to buy that mod cause I want to use that slots for something else?

Cybermods are part of the character building process. And so are outfits mods.

I'm a stealth guy and I've found a outfit mod that silences landing.
No perks do that.

Yeah well in general, clothing mods are 10x more important than perks are, when it comes to your survival, and so are cyberware. Stamina is just an easy example of this. Character building in the way I see it is more about permanent choices for picking your attributes and perks, but in this they dont matter as much as what you buy from the stores, which is similar to common action games, not RPGs.

Implants require you to put attributes to get them though, but you could ignore all the perks without a single point in them, and still be OP with all the clothing/weapon mods and cyberware.
