Locked Chest Easter Egg

So i found a abandoned car in the dessert at the eastern most part of the map. It's near the minefield. The car's trunk is open with locked chest inside and exclamation mark over it. Does anyone know anything about this? I've completed all of the games quests.

it's an earlier quest that you must have missed dakota calls you asking for you to recover the car and take it to her garage :) that was a fun quest there is a hell of a lot of mines round there lol :) 1 wrong step, 1 missed disarmed mine and you bounce from 1 to the next lol

Already done this one. The car i'm talking about is like 300 meters west of it.
