SO... I apparantly missed a loot item

I wiped the location for the 'psalm 11:6' weapon but I somehow didn't loot it well enough. I went back and can't find the miniboss that has it - neither dead or alive. Is there any way of obtaining it later? Like, reset the location somehow?

You can't unfortunately. I missed one too in my playthrough. I can only remind you that most of these drops are blueprints (not actual weapons), so check the crafting page. Beyond that, refer to the post above.

No.. Not in an intended way. You can use Cyber Engine Tweaks to get it tho

What was said above. I scrapped my dying night pistol early on and wanted it for posterity. So i used a save game editor to find the ID and used console commands with Cyber Engine Tweak:

I added it to my inventory by using Game.AddToInventory("Items.Preset_Q001_Lexington", 1), then used a newer save editor to remove the quest marker on it individually. Done. :)
