(Bug) Logic bug in mission "Dream on"

Hey Guys,
such a great game and with a PC no problems.
Yesterday i found a small logical problem.

Its about the order / sequence to solve the mission in the appartement of the family Peralez.

After the dialog and decission to look alone around, i was jumping to the top of the building to see whats up with the satellite (dish). The problem is, that i later discovered the secret room. When you do so, its impossible to finish the mission, because the cables in the secret room won't be "blue" after scanning.

Because i couldn't scan the cable into "blue" i was leaving the flat in the hope i can follow the car. But then the position of the car would not be shared outside the building.... and ... you can not enter the building :-/

When i reloaded the game mission from the beginning, and first i discover the secret room: then everything is okay.

I scanned the satellite and the cables on the roof first aswell and only discovered the secret room through that later and it worked without any problems (only the quest desciption was a bit confusing. It still told me to follow the cables, which i obviously did from the satellite to the room, but in reality i just had to scan the car from the roof while standing besides the satelite).

Yes, it is. I have no problem with the sat.
The problem is that i can't scan the cables to continue the mission.

Yep, I had that issue too. What I did was simply ignoring it. Go on top of the roof and find the satellite scan it then scan for the van, then go downstairs and get to the van. Ignore the mission-indicator too because it's only pointing back to the cable upstairs. You'll have to memorize where the Van was when you scanned the area. A tip park your vehicle or motorcycle outside the enclosed parking-lot gates on the left side, and to get into the place (i think it's a parking lot) where the van is go to the right side of it, climb it and land down on the parking lot, and you'll have to be fast to run to your vehicle (at the gate) because you'll have to chase after that Van., and don't loose it it's pretty fast. You can go into your journal and click on the van portion of the mission and it will highlight that while ignoring the cables portion. There is a bug where the journal does not always register objective completion, but you have actually received credit for it. Just go to journal and advance the mission manually.

This is not the only mission this can happen on.

If you are fairly certain you have completed an objective and it does not register, do the above. Got me out of jail 4 times last play through.

It's a big, ignore it and do the other objectives. Mission completes without it, I had this as well.
