Is Level 50 enough for you?

I just recently hit lvl 50 in this game and i was really caught off guard by this since i thought at the very least lvl 60 would be the minimum lvl you can acquire in this game, though i have to admit seeing my street cred maxing at 50 should have been a dead give away but still, seeing a 6th skill tree being blurry i thought to myself "they can't do that in this game not maxing out everything while still hiding a whole new skill tree we don't have access to".

For my taste i would like to max every skill tree since i was always in the impression that you don't have the perks to get all the skills you want anyway in this game. Also having the passion to lvl the passive levels to max is also one big chore but it would have given me a goal to do while playing this game.

What is your opinion about having "only" Level 50?

I'm sure the level cap will be increased with forthcoming DLC.

Street cred should have a higher cap than level, IMHO. You can easily get 50 street cred before you ever meet Johnny.

I'd rather have it increase more slowly. After all, SC does nothing but unlock stuff to purchase (which is for the most part useless or weaker than what you can get for free or craft).

yes its enough game is ULTRA EASY even on hardest difficulty i can afk from 2 miles away and kill all camp with Quickhacks
Or i can build melee build and smash like HULK through everything,
having more levels would not make game easier it would make game boring

that being said, level cap will be increased in expansions or dlc.

Personally I think it's great game design. It gives you the freedom to build what you want. But doesent let you be everything? If that makes sense. Its a great RPG mechanic imo

I do get what you mean by that but your Perk Points are still limited, you simply cannot be everything at the same time regardless if you have more Attribute Points.

Hope so :) agree about street cred I hit lvl 50 street cred but was only lvl 16 player lol, that one needs to go to 100 :)
As soon as i got to NC I cleared all the side missions from the map, before i even sat down with jackie for breakfast outside v's apartment, once all was cleared I went and met jackie and dex.
My street cred was about lvl 45 at the time of finishing the heist, I've done no more of the main story since as I am Just doing all the side stuff, before continuing and now I am maxed street cred and in the mid 40's player lvl (would need to check to be exact) and I have not even gone and met takemura yet after waking up lol

for the ammount of content the game has Yes, Level 50 was just enough, I hit 50 when I only had a couple side missions left

think you needed to explore more :) still have over half the map to do and not far off being maxed level lol :)

I did, I got all side content and all story missions done 100% and I hit 50 with just a few side missions left, everything done 100%

Not talking about street cred I got that to 50 when I was only about 20 - 25

its probably because I used stealth in alot of the missions and didn't kill the enemies is why it took me longer to level

I wasn't talking about street cred either :) without checking I cant say for certain what my player lvl is, just that I passed lvl 40 a while ago (No exploits being used for money,crafting or skills/lvls) :) and I'm not joking when i say I have half the map left and not even done any main story yet lol :) There is a lot to do and kill if you like that is not marked on the map :)

For me, as far as gaining attribute points and perk points go, level 50 is not enough. As far as having to postpone content till I'm max level so I don't have to grind that upgrade system to keep my gear up to date, level 50 is too much. Easy fix: don't add more levels, but make perk shards more reliable to obtain and introduce attribute shards.

I hope for game+ with no level limit. But also with insane enemies to go against.

I've finished the game at 44 level and already felt overpowered. I invested in netrunning and totally forgot about guns. I mean, Johnny's legendary pistol required 4-5 shots to Adam Smasher's face to lower his health by 1% while my legendary level short circuit quickhack damaged him by like 10-15% at a time.

If we could spec into everything it would kinda make the whole personal choice and build-system boring and moot imo.
