Megabuilding 4 - quarantine?
The megabuilding 04, immediatelly north of the stadium, has warning signs around it and on it, and the entrance is blocked off.

I think if you parkour by the stadium you can jump on top of the monorail tracks and walk over but the station doesn't have any access either.

Anyone know of any lore that explains the reason it looks like its quarantined?

It rings a bell. I think there was a mention about Megabuilding 4, but I can't remember. Might be mixing it up with a different building. If there really is nothing on it at the moment, it more than likely will be for something in a future update/DLC.

Not seen anything for 04. The only possible link that I have seen is a grave marker with the same symbol for biohazard which is for Jason Allberry.
