V is a one man/girl show and gangmembers are just grind dummies for loot and skill xp. Feels cheap, since you can kill any gangmember without consequences. After more than 130hours in game, all that is left to do is running around in some kind of godmode and looking for some of those trashmobs and policestars on the minimap to pop up.
Items? XP? Street Cred? The satisfaction that you just beat a group of armed gangsters to death with a *ex toy? Take your pick.
as it stands atm xp and loot thats all
