Easy to miss side missions

I'm trying to figure out which side missions i missed. I know that there are some which you can easily miss so i need your help in making a list.

I have found some underwater. I heard somewhere that exploring underwater was pointless, and yet, through accidents, I found 2 side quests there. Also found a couple right out in the sticks, quiet by mistake while I was travelling. There are dead people with shards on them and once read gives quests.
(I play on Xbox with over 200 hours in game)

Dunno man. Barely did any on my first playthrough.

Now I have news saves where I only go for side missions as I don't feel compelled to beat the game a second time.

clothing shop north of corpo plaza. I think you need to visit it for the 2nd time. Nice interaction related to the 1st trailer-teaser.

nope, some are triggered by you being somewhere or visiting a place for a 2nd time

NPC will tell you to visit again later, but if you dont pay attention, bye bye then

Yeah i got that one. Seeing MaxTac up close was sick. You can even converse with that lady for a little longer. I wish they will include more of them in the DLC. So cool.

The Johnny side missions are probably the easies to miss. You have to choose specific dialogue choices to get them and complete them fully. First one is called “Chippin’ in”

Can't remember if there was an associated job, but one thing I missed and found out about after was that you can ride the rollercoaster in pacifica.

some sidequest are event trigger or needs time before it pop up

Yeaah this was an awesome one. Totally unexpected and worthwhile.

I remember finding an NCPD mission where, on completing it (rather unsatisfactorily), and then chasing down the clues, led to another, related NCPD mission (which did not show on the map until I got there).

I'm pretty sure all, or at least most, of the "Reported Crime" scenes have like a follow up thing you can go to afterwards once you clean up the initial scene.

That side quest was marked on the map though once you visit the clothes store for the first time

Some are time sensitive and require you to wait a specific amount of time to activate. For example, I beat the game without judy ever calling me for her set of side missions after evelyn's stuff because I hadn't slept or waited long enough.
