What's a Good Stealth Build?

Alright, so I haven't played the game much. I have been active on the forums, but I've been busy IRL. So, not much time to sit down except to get some Issac in here and there.

I'm at the part where you get the in car with Dex.

So I want a stealth build with no guns. Is that a thing? I just didn't like the feeling of the Borderlands-Style fire fights. When I think of a bullet hitting a dome, I expect a human to go down. The sword and fist fights were cool, though.

But now I'm realizing I'm just throwing everything into Cool and I hope I'm not gimping myself for later.

There are some encounters in the game where you must fight. A way around this in addition to stealth to develop your quickhack. In fact, quickhack can be OP.

Its best to even out the major skills as you level up cause the game takes advantage of all them. With the max level 50 cap you can have up to 14 on 4 of them and 15 on 1 of them, besides that the perks you choose is really up to you

the game is easy even on very hard mode don't worry about anything that is locked in the 15 - 20 range in the perks list

On my 2nd playthrough, i'm playing a Corpo completely non-lethal that uses no guns, no melee weapons, no fist, and getting thru solely thru Stealth and Hacking only. Not a single bullet shot, not a single punch thrown (even on bosses) and its viable.
Eg: For the Sasquatch fight, i just simply kite her around, and hit her with Contagion, Overheat or Short Circuit until she goes down.
(Take note: For Judy's Side Quest "Pisces", there may be a bug where u cannot quickhack in a particular scenario. Just reload the checkpoint and it will work fine again. non-lethal way to finish the "Pisces" quest)

With a completely Stealth Netrunner build, Weapons and Armors are essentially useless. You can run around nekkid if you want.

Early gameplay will be very tough because you need money to upgrade your cyberwares.
Focus on getting a good Operating System in your Cyberware.
Slot in quickhacks like "Whistle", "Contagion", "Overheat" and "Short Circuit".

Later on, once you get "System Reset" and "Ping", you can even hack people thru obstacles and clear an entire area without them even knowing you're there.

My char focuses on Intelligence and Cool.
20 in Int (Focus more on Quickhacking, less on Breach Protocol)

Cool is only added in Late Game after I have maxed my Intelligence.
I only put 1 point in Cold Blood to be able to gain Stealth Experience.
1 point in Assassin for 15% more dmg to human enemies.
Late game, Stealth Perks: Neurotoxin and Hasten the Inevitable adds damage to your Contagion Quickhack.

becareful with contagion around innocents though if it gets on one of them near enemys everyone around you becomes an enemy

I stick to short circuit, overheat, and synapse burnout for this reason

I can confirm contagion or any other quickhacks aoe does not affect innocents.
Have done plenty of robbery and side jobs and none of the innocents are affected even when enemies are right next to them.

Sadly this also shows how bad the AI is. The innocents just stand there still holding up their arms as if they're still being robbed even though the robbers just dropped right infront of them lol.
