[Bug] Stuck in Vik's Chair

I choose to install both of the starting bioware equipment (optics and hand) but it gets stuck on the animation of the machine printing your hand, I'm just stuck in the chair with machine going and Vik sighing at me. Anyone else experience this or have any hotfixes?

Same. This is my 2nd playthrough. Never happened first time around... Hoping 1.2 will fix it

I didn't have this issue, but I have had a couple of other issues that were tied to the animations. I suggest you try going into the games settings then Video and set your max FPS to 20. Then try getting through it again. Once you're out of the chair unlock your max FPS. I had the problem with mirrors crashing the game early on and that worked for me. Mirrors and chairs both have an animation to them. My suggestion may not work, but it's worth trying.

Turns out I forgot to quickly go into scanner/hack home to trigger the event to progress.
