Best Hybrid Blade Pistol Build, Looking For Advice

I’ve been playing for several weeks now, and just figured out I was not using the melee heavy attack properly to get cold blood XP, and I’ve been loitering in Act 1 building points, and consequently, I’m seriously considering starting over.

I’m already convinced of 2 things, the power of the blade in close proximity to multiple enemies, and the power of the head shot, plus I lean towards stealth, then explode into slicing and dicing mode. and I’m not convinced that crafting perk points is the way to go, just rely on what you find out in the world.

Now, if you’ve looked at the skill tree, you might have said Holy Crap!! The issue there is complexity, as a newb is not knowing, having the familiarity to know what really exists at the top end, what is attainable based on available,points, and what is required or highly desirable for a specific build. And btw, what support skills are needed as in how much hacking skill do you really need or should want?

The other thing is that some builds have expressed something like, put most points say in Reflexes and Cool, but lack specific perk recommendations.

Therefore, what I really want are pointers, suggestions, or links to the best hybrid blade-pistol build out there to save me some work. I’d appreciate it. :D
