How to beat El Cesar?
There is this quest called "Beat on the brat: The Glen" I have to beat some guy named "El Cesar" but he has way too much HP and I do like 40-60 of damage per punch. How are you supposed to beat him?

Dodge and Hit. Get the Gorilla arms with thermal mod it helps.

If you are not a brawler build then the fight club quests can be challenging.
I usually watch this before a fight.

The hardear one is the twins, and only because they are 2

The guy with the cool sniper is also hard but only after the fight if you insist on him releasing his rifle

You'll really need to parry, even at lvl1 with no perks all can be beaten pretty easilly by just attacking after a parry

Even if it takes you a million hits

I just posted how to beat him. Don't stay too close to him for too long. He dodges too much. First person view with him is really bad because he can practically teleport behind you.

Throw 2-3 punches then back off, wait for him to do his running charge/leap, then dodge at the last second, throw a few more punches, then back off again.

Rinse and repeat.

He's one of the easier guys to beat if you exploit his main flaw, which is the running leap.

And always throw strong punches, for every brat fight in the game.

Run torward him, Punch, back peddle, run torward him, punch, back pedel, just do that repeatedly, this works with alot of fighters so they don't do the super attack on you

gorilla arms with burn damage, get legs that let you jump and then just hit him with power attacks, learn his patterns and then power attack to stagger then quick attacks to burn.

rinse repeat. It's annoying though if you aren't a melee build so it'll take a while.

alternatively get some anti-personnel laser nades and throw them all over the arena and they should waste him in about 20 seconds.

Get yourself a Legendary Short Circuit quick hack. Basically, the passive gives you tons of additional damage. Even without the intelligence requirement, you can RNG some for free at a specific gig in the city center square about a missing reporter (one of Dino's). Go to an access point and get it there, you can find a guide about it on youtube. You basically don't need to invest any point in Body after that, just up your crit chance and the entire quest line becomes very doable.

Before starting dialogue with him you are able to drop any melee weapon of your choice in the fighting area. Doing this allows you to deal more damage if you don't have gorilla arms.

i suggest if your not a brawler build take your time and level up as far as you can dont rush really. once you reach level 45 its pretty much in low threat and
by then you get legendary gorilla arms

mod the legendary gorilla arms with 2 to 3 mods available
1) fire or bleeding
2) defence mod on any ripperdoc on trade tab

Most ripper docs carry them. You really don't wanna be doing these later boxing matches without being well equipped with a solid brawler build.

I had no implants and spent almost a hour on this fight being tactical, cautious and all that but in the end it was plain simple.
1. Drink something, eat str and sta boost if you have it
2. Preferably get a perk that grants you 3% extra melee damage for each 1% of missing health, if you have it - let him hit you once so you could crit over few tons
3. Start beating him with power attacks over and over so he is stunned all the time until he fails on a knee to take a breath, use this pause to regen your stamina too
4. Repeat 3. If you've missed couple times in a row or you're out of stamina and can't stun him - run in rounds or use kerenzikov to safely evade his strike then hit him from behind to start over your stun chain

Anyone who is having problems with boxing on higher difficulty let me tell you how to break the game. Slow time. There is a dodge one that gives u 3 seconds on dodges and also a on use one that gives u 8 seconds every 12 seconds. then you just have to spend the time actually chipping away when u have slow up and running away with sprint when u do not. This is the only way i could clear the harder fights on the harder difficulty. every fight i did i never got hit ever it was just boring actually because of how broken it is. if the boxing fights were not hot garbage i would argue they should hot fix this but as it stands its probably the only way some people will ever be able to get 100% completion on harder difficulties.(like me)

I've heard that if you drop a melee weapon in front of them before the fight starts, you can pick it up and immediately use it against them once it does.

The fight will still be insanely difficult, but at least you will be hitting harder than a wet tissue.

This all day long. I got my butt handed to me on this fight after 1-Hit-knockout on the twins. I bought Gorilla Arms with the fire mod and save scummed the hell out of this fight as I got a handle on the "Stick and Move" brawling mechanics.
