Hidden side missions. [POSSIBLE SPOILERS]

Are there any omega secrets quests hidden somewhere ?

Feels like I've done all the things the game has to offer except farming for achievements which I don't intend to do at the moment. But if there are hidden stuff with some sweet dialogue and objectives then I'm all ears.

i know of 2 different monk quests, one is a mini chain. is there more or?

"Raymond Chandler" side quest comes to mind. You might have done it though as it's in the bar where Mama Welles is. It started for me by intervening with a couple street kids who wanted to beat on a non-local. He buys you a drink after, and the bartender Pepe wants to hire to see if his wife is cheating on him.

Kind of short, but Johnny cracked me up a couple times spouting cliche detective novel lines.

Pretty sure it's not marked on the map.

There is Tyger Claw bike quest that is not on the map and only starts when you open the door of unmarked garage and read the computer in there.

You have to drive across all the roads to find them, some missions won't trigger until you are in the exact location, the fixers don't tell you everything

in "there's many ways to skin a cat" mission there's a readable shard that gives you the coords of the Bartomoss's body. it a pretty shot quest though, with no lasting consequences or loot as far as i can tell, though.

ain't the militech cyberpsycho quest a hidden quest? i might be wrong but i think it didn't appear on the map. if i recall correctly i just went into a "random" clothes store and it startet up while i was browsing the products.
