Just beat the game and it's just so bad
Cyberpunk 2077 will go down in gaming history as one of the worst launches and probably video games ever. This game is pretty much unplayable as it’ll probably take 6 months to a year from now before it’s completely fixed. It’s sad because the hype around Cyberpunk 2077 was insane as I’m guilty of falling for it and pre-ordering this game before going with my gut and waiting a bit after launch. This game is terrible and even after they eventually fix all the bugs/glitches, it’s an uneventful experience. I wish I had the time I invested into this game back because I regret buying and playing Cyberpunk 2077.

Overall, stay away from Cyberpunk 2077 until probably a year from when this Steam review was written. After the first 10 hours, I couldn’t wait to finish it because I was completely bored out of my mind. The story isn’t all that engaging as it ends up being so confusing, you’ll just want to end it, get whatever Steam Achievements you can, and uninstall this faster than a New York minute. It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to Cyberpunk 2077. This abysmal game will go down as one of the biggest gaming letdowns of my life and I’ve been playing video games for over 30 years now. Yeah, it’s that bad that not even Keanu Reeves being a focal point of Cyberpunk 2077 could have saved this game.

Cyberpunk 2077 is without a doubt the biggest debacle in gaming history. The hype of this thing was so unreal, and it couldn't even come out finished. It's the closest thing to Daikatana since Daikatana.

Yes! It's just so meaningless compared to even the most general FPS games. Such a waste of time.

I have issues with it. Like things, don't like things. Am a little disappointed. But I don't tend to drama queen and call this game "the worst ever". Because that's not true.

It's hard to tell if this game is just unfinished or CDPR thinks the current content / structure is acceptable. I just hope they will use the planned 2 DLC to improve this mess to get at least above mediocre level.

I feel it's a bit of both. CDPR knew this game was unfinished and purposely didn't allow media outlets to reveal any gameplay of it while only shipping the PC version for official reviews. I'm sure they can fix it in the future but by the time they do, people will have moved on.

Yeah I have no idea what some people are doing stretching out their gameplay to beyond 50+ hours without finishing it. Like what is there to do after the 10 or so side missions.... just repeating the assaults and gang activity over and over ??

Eh, gaming is subjective. Obviously, one gamer will have different experiences than others. Some will say some franchise is the greatest ever while others would say it's not. To me, at least, as it's my opinion, this was one of the worst games I've ever played. It was boring, uneventful, and I had joy uninstalling it.

Worst game ever? Hardly.

Best game ever? Nope.

I do think you missed out on a lot of content though - I'm 60 hours in and not done with Act 2. Some of the best stuff has been triggered from not following the beaten or obvious path.

LoL yeah, same here. The side missions are terrible, don't even get me started with the Delanie "find my car" missions as a lot of these side missions were so pointless. Felt like I was playing vanilla World of Warcraft. After the first few times, the assaults and gang activity randomness got lame.
