Cyber psycho sighting: house in a hill glitch

So i thought i completed this level, but the game didn't progress forward, now i can't hunt more cyber psycho's and it just sit there incomplete, when i click on it nothing happens, it doesn't appear on the map.

I need some idea's to undo this glitch somehow so i can progress that specific story.

ANY IDEAS WILL BE HELPFUL

reload a recent save and try it again. It's worked for me when weird stuff like that happens.

Search under the woman's corpse, there should be a shard called "Don't come" then you should be able to complete the mission.

Not sure if you got bit by it. But there is a bug especially with Regina that screws up the quest log. For instance when I approach a new job for Regina after this bug has bit, she will not tell me about the location I just approached but will congratulate and finish the last quest I did for her. My only fix for this was to reload to a point before that bug bit. I find it usually occurs near the Mox cyber psycho hunt quest and the Maelstrom ripper doc mission on the north side where they are very close together. LMAO I just saw this was from DEC. SMH.

Just saw this and resolved my Cyberpsycho issue too - thanks for the info in 2023! 😅

Found work around, have to delete as many saves as you can keep one recent one then fully quit out of game. Reopen game and you should be able to loot the shard, that's what worked for me. I also found I couldn't open any boxes once this glitch happened. Hope this helps someone

I've been having that issue occasionally recently. Seems to be getting more regular. I'll nuke a bunch of old saves and see if it fixes it

It's not like I ever go back further than 2 or 3 saves anyway, and even that's rare...
