Does anyone get extreme pop ins?

its crazy, some buildings dont load in until im close, and some shadows randomly start flying across the screen, anyone else seeing this?

EDIT: This mod fixed most of the issues making it less noticeable

I get weird loading issues with the billboard ads that are everywhere. alot of time they just are a pixelated mess and never change even though everything else is fine./

its mostly signs for me, but sometimes a building like in pacifica for example will completely load in or the shadows will look like they are driving with me almost on the road
or in badlands the random entire signs and structures will appear

Well since 1.6 i have texture loading problems. Sometimes it takes 1-2 seconds until the texture of a face is fully loaded when i get close to them quickly

yeah like i said the issue is mostly with driving, and i think it started after 1.06 but i took a break for a week or so before the patches

you may have to lower your setting a bit and see if that helps or lower your res

Yeah it deffinitely started with 1.06 because i played it on 1.05 for hours and never had this problem. And just after the update this problem started.

yeah thats what i thought, i watched a few videos and people have the same issue and didnt before, and im not sure lowering anything would help but ill take a look and see

you have to edit the ini filed to give back the default distance or you can increase it with a mod or something just google it

yeah lowering the graphics didnt help, ill have to look into how to increase the draw distance, its really distracting and imo immersion breaking at times

I have sometimes encountered this.

Usually, rebooting my machine (in real life) fixes it.
