I created an app to automatically solve the Breach Protocol hacking minigame
After taking a picture with your camera, it parses the matrix/sequences and gives you the most rewarding path possible with the buffer size specified. You can download it for your Android device from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nicolassiplis.cyberpwned

An iOS release is also in the works.

If you're interested in the source code: https://github.com/nicolas-siplis/cyberpwned

Let me know what you guys think!

I could of used this 179 hours ago. But very cool.

Kinda pointless for me personally since hacking is pretty damn easy but as a coding exercise that's a pretty nice piece of work.

Thanks for the support guys! The hacking game is pretty simple but I found it surprisingly difficult to get the maximum reward in some of them, so I figured I'd do something about it.

Bumping this, assuming that's OK with the mods.

I'm surprised someone who can write this app would find the hacking difficult lol. But great job!

hacking the hacking in the game, kinda cool, feel like it fits with the vibe of the game

calculate path do not really work, sometimes it shows wrong path or it do nothing

Can you show me a screenshot where this happens? From my experience, most of the time either the buffer is too short to find any sequences, or part of the minigame screen was incorrectly parsed.

it seems to be random with wrong path. parsing was ok but sometimes calculate do nothing

By wrong path, do you mean that you're not getting the maximum amount of sequences possible? It can happen if the algorithm finds a way to complete the last sequence (the most rewarding one) that excludes the rest. So, if you have sequence A, B, C and a way to complete A, B or only C, the algorithm will prefer the latter. I was thinking of adding a way to choose which sequences you'd like to complete, which would help when you're aiming for specific rewards.

Very interesting! I'll definitely give this a go when the iOS version is available.

No thanks, I wanna keep my credit card information private

i want sequence 3 and the path was absolutely wrong, it did show a path that couldn't fit not sequence 1-3. but it's random, now i had 3 hacks that worked
