The attention to detail in this game is insane.
On my second playthrough, I started noticing details that many of us might miss the first time around and even take for granted.

Here's just a short list:

- When you first enter Lizzie's Bar to meet Evie, you'll see her and Judy drinking at the counter. When V asks the bartender about Evelyn, Judy will slightly flinch, look at you and then quickly glance back at Ev with a worried look. She finishes her drink and walks away. This really shows Judy cares about her, but also knows she can handle herself and her business.

- After Panam gets wounded during the mission with V, she'll carry scars on her hip (where she got hit) for the remainder of the game.

- Purely looking at the characters' facial expressions will give away their true emotions and intentions. Oftentimes you can tell whether they're lying or not by just looking at their faces carefully.

- Judy and Jackie will twitch their legs up and down as an indicator that they're feeling bored/anxious in certain scenes.

- The dashboards of vehicles carry a great amount of information and detail. (Current radio station, time, speed etc.)

- When you take the time to inspect a character, you'll start to notice how humanlike they are. From veins, pores to arm hairs. A great example is Panam's former nose piercing scar on her nose.

- V's apartment has a habit of upgrading itself with little items from time to time, depending on which quests you have finished. (Dreamcatcher from Misty, posters after certain missions, Judy's diving gear etc.)

- When you first go to the Afterlife to meet Dex, you'll find Panam and Nash discussing job-related details.

- Jackie does your job descriptions up until you meet Johnny, then after that, it's only him.

- When you call someone on your phone, and you visit the person while on a call, you'll see that character actually holding the phone and talking.

- Reading emails on the laptops during missions/gigs will often give you alternative dialogue options you otherwise wouldn't have the access to.

- During one of Judy's quests, where she and V pay Maiko a visit in her office, you will find a mail on her computer that reads "Do Not Delete", which contains a picture of (her ex) Judy. This implies that at one point, Judy meant a lot to her and perhaps still does.

- In the same fashion, snooping around on Judy's PC, you'll read exchanges between her and Maiko, further clarifying their relationship. Also, you'll get some background on one of Judy's tattoos (the firetruck).

- After the parade mission, there'll be a news anchor going live, covering the events that have just happened.

- The amount of Streed Cred you possess will give you the ability to alter some outcomes of certain side quests.

- During "Pyramid Song" Judy hums the score, which later on plays during the romance scene.

- Skippy the Gun also hums a song: Disturbia by Rihanna.

- Young Rogue and Judy share the same tank-top. However, I'm not sure if there's any correlation. That same tank-top can be bought and worn by V.

- Many, many more amazing details.

Two things come to mind:

1. In "Gig: For my Son" Monica Steiner hires you to kill Logan Garcia (an Animal) who killed her son. Later in Pacifica you can find an assault in progress where the Animals found out she hired the hit and came for her.

2. If you visit the clothing store in Downtown twice a cyberpsycho will attack and MaxTac will show up. Their leader (called Melissa Rory or something like that) was a cyberpsycho once as the dhop keeper will tell you in aasubsequent visit. You can also find an entry about her in the place where V and River search for a BD in "The Hunt"

PS: This is a really interesting Thread, OP

Pat2811, said second clue relates to the following:

That is Melissa Rory

Yeah I suspected that, wasn't sure though.
Found a new place I didn't find on my first playthru. The 2023 Arasaka Memorial is quite the sight!

I didn't tarot card chase, so this is one of the more readily findable things, but still quite the bit of intrigue!

Heh heh, in the biotechnica fields, there is an homage to Mad Max, Fury Road. A shot up truck with a guy and three gals, a shard detailing them being pursued and helping escape...
These small details are great indeed
i let el ceasar keep the money and the car after i won the fight, about a week later he sends me a ♥♥♥ of his new born kid but then he followed that up by asking me how my new ride was purring lol

Lack of sleep with a new born will fry your head...

1. The Burning Crotch Man - If you take too long, the guy actually does explode, literally the description in your mission log. :D

2. Gig: Monster Hunt - If you do this gig before you do Automatic Love, you get a new dialogue option to threaten Woodman into spilling the beans.

3. Gig: Dirty Biz - Not sure if I should even put this in spoiler tags, because I think 99% of people will just murder the father/son sickos. Still, you get interesting dialogue depending who you kill first. Makes me wonder if something particular happens if you let them both live.

4. Automatic Love - If you straight up murder Woodman before he tells you anything about Evelyn Parker, you get a cynical comment from Johnny, but you still can get clues from his office. I haven't checked how this affects Judy yet.

5. Cyberpsycho quests - If you manage to kill a cyberpsycho before Regina finishes giving you the briefing over the phone, the message you send her afterward changes to reflect it. Something along the lines of, "Oh, I already killed him, sry." At least, this is what happened when I rushed the psycho at the docks.

6. Riders on the Storm - Two completely different ways to finish the mission. If you sneak into the Wraiths' base, you and Saul sneak out through a pipe and don't fight anyone. If you went in guns blazing, you both shoot your way out and then a badass car chase happens.

7. Gimme Danger - Corpo lifepath can let you walk in like you own the place. Going in guns blazing has some pretty funny comments from Takemura.

8. Blistering Love - While driving Rogue to the drive-in theater, if you exit the car and run off, you will fail the mission. You get an angry text from Rogue and Johnny just laughs. :D

More of a "random event" thing, but: it feels like the car crashes and dead/wounded people, which the police (or trauma team) cordons off are dynamic, as in they appear over time and don't stay forever.

I'm 100% certain there are more details like these, I just need to find them through fooling around in the game some more.
The Burning Crotch Man is my favorite quest in the whole game. :P

Don't kiss their man parts. It is literallyy 1 sidequest type, just split into different colored markers on the map and different names. But poop, is still poop, regardless how dillusional you are,
So you think that a steal this quest is a kill everything that moves quest? You think that the monks quest which really doesn't want you to kill anyone is a kill everything quest. You think that hacking quests are kill everything quests. This is a how YOU played the game not a problem with the game itself.
that's the problem with giving players choice. they just murderhobo around and then think that's all the game has to offer
I have never known a game like it for detail. Once I discovered that the game held so many gems and easer eggs I started a new game and am now watching out for these details everywhere.
When you become aware of the fine detail the game becomes alive, more so than any other game.

Ideally. Hold my beer is another way of saying raise the bar.

The release of CP2077 was probably something that Rockstar had been holding out for. Regardless of CP's issues, rockstar knows they will need to figure out how to beat it in all ways.

Edit: Another detail I like is how the nomads work on upgrading that one van and Panam's car from when we first met XD

Yesss! I feel the same way :)
Pushing 70 hours on my first play through still, and FINALLY got around to walking up into Corpo Plaza park to really look at those holo-fish.

What really struck me though is how it IS Corpo Plaza. I could so easily spot the Street Kids by clothing. I'd say only one in a hundred NPCs wasn't obviously a corpo, including the kids. The kids were really interesting as there were more of them "rebelling" by wearing a bit of clothing or hairstyles that weren't their parents' choice.
Have a new little detail for y'all. It involves reloading. Did you know you can hotload some guns?

You probably noticed it with the double barrel shotgun, if you reload with only one shot, you only reload the one. But with magazine weapons, you can hotload.

What is hotloading? It is when you swap magazines on a semi automatic with a live round still in the chamber. This means you don't need to manually load a bullet into the chamber. Example is the Crusher Power Shotgun. Reload with one in the chamber and do not manually chamber one when you reload.
