[Spoilers] V's Apartment and Decor

I've noticed that posters appear next to the door to V's apartment as he completes quests related to certain NPCs. After working for Peralez, a "Vote for Peralez" poster appears in his apartment. I've also a Lizzy poster appear after working her quest.

Are there other changes to the apartment that appear after certain quests are completed?

Quite a few of the things that are supposed to appear in your apartment are bugged and don't.
Yet the bookcases and shelves are full of trash and multiple copies of the same thing. Would be cool if they had made multiple storage locations. There is a wardrobe there that can be looted but not used later

When you leave the apt go left, around the corner you can interact with a garbage can to feed a cat.

There's a couple of pin up posters by the computer, I'm not sure after what quest they appeared tho. River's personal quest gives a stack of games by the couch, along with a poem (think it's romance thing) and that VR set you used to play the game with the kids. Painting on the wall next to Peralez and Lizzy posters is from Kerry's personl quest. Mitch from Aldecados gives you a statuette you can manually place on the table by the window.
Laundry box + cloth pile, food bowls and litter box appear after adopting the kitty.

Heard something about zen altar after you do that monk quest, i know the quest and have done it but can't find anything resembling an altar in the apt.

I believe the pin-ups are after doing Heroes, since they're similar to the ones in Jackie's garage.

Judy has a few text messages to make a framed picture of something that will go in V apartment a bit after you complete her mission line if all the dialog choices are done correctly

I picked up a Dream catcher from Misty,picked up a active Chimera core,picked up a metal pin from Tycho from So MI amd action figure from Mitch , that once belong to scorpion and they are all displayed at my first apartment.

If you return to the apartment [any of the apartments V buys] sleeping in the bed for even an hour gives you a 20% XP increase for an hour of gametime. Showering gives you an hour of 20% health regen buff. You can hang out with your romanced NPCs and find a few other things there, have conversations with Johnny [in Phantom Liberty] and a few other things. Depends on how much you want to RP, I guess...I begin and end every game session at one or another of the apartments....sleep, shower, etc.

For those who haven't noticed: Something similar goes on at the Columbarium. The epitaphs of people who die during your run will appear in several places.

Some trophies and boxing gloves pop up around the different apartments after doing the boxing missions, I noticed once I'd done the last one but could pop up before that.

You can also get the Iguana egg (pet) from Konpeki plaza penthouse while doing the Heist quest.

There's also a trophy you get from the final boxing match.
