How the ♥♥♥♥ do I get out of this building?

Get back to the Hall where all the Cabs were driving around, hop in that one i offered you as reward and one of the garage doors will open for you to drive out.

the room where you get your free cab
the garage door should open and indicate to leave the area in the cab you got

I can't get into that room as the door is closed and has no interaction available and there are no cars in that room

You should be able to back track on how you came in from the first place

I did read somewhere while searching about this that there is a window that leads underneath the big control room. I've just found that area but since I didn't come in that way it's closed

Sadly, there's a bug where game considers that you've finished mission and went too far away from the mission zone, so it marks that zone as non-visitable and turns off
interactions which can lead into zone.
Alas, the only solution I was able to achieve is to reload earlier save. I hope you have one.

Ok I figured out what went wrong.

I completed the mission and drove the reward car outside then went back in for some of the dropped items that I hadn't picked up because some were orange. After I went back inside the door closed behind me and bugged out the mission. The solution was to load an earlier save.
