Full Body Conversion achievement BUGGED? already put the implants!

as title says, I've already put implants in different body parts, but the achievement doesn't unlock. what now? am I missing something?

Do you have a modification equppied to every single slot? Not individually, but all at once.

That's not necessary, you only need one modification per body part.

Actually no, I had to equip one in every slot before the achievement triggered on mine.

I got the achievement and I've never even found anything to put in the other 2 Integumentary system slots. In fact, I have 4 empty slots atm.

So I got the achievement by buying another random implant. Seems like it's bugged.
