Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Watson - question...

What actually counts towards this achievement?

The only things I appear to have left to do within Watson is buy 3 cars, which I don't think should count - but do they?

Got the same problem in westbrook. The only left mark is Fixer, even bought all the car in this district

They don't count, just play, more side gigs will pop up after certain levels and street cred

sometimes advancing time will make them pop up.
and look good on the map. i was looking for almost 10 minutes and then i found the last one undere a bridge.
driving around makes them pop up aswell

Some of them will unlock later when you level up and do others gigs and NCPD activities in other districts.

In my case... I did everything I could in the whole map and the only achivment I didint get is for westbrook

Had the same issue, did quests, gigs and NCPD activities in other districts. One unlocked the Watson district achievement. Guess you can pick up the quest in Watson, but finish it in another district
For me it was "Reported Crime: Worldly Possessions"

Does it count everything in the quest log that is marked as Watson even though they need you to wander all over the map?

Noticed there's still things like I Fought The Law, Cyberpsychos and Delamain I haven't completed yet...

What happens is that their are "hidden" quest lines. Some of the gigs that are in other sectors will overlap into those play zones. You need to make sure you fully have your rep to make sure all gigs are available - then just complete all that you see. :) (I have completed all zones)

Which NCPD activities counts towards the achievement ? baseball bats, stars or headskulls ?

For me it was the baseball bat icons and the blue hexagons i remember having a skull left and got achievement
but then some achievements are pretty buggy

Have you completed all scanner quests? They overlap - you may need to check your log and see if you have some not tracking.

For anyone suffering this problem on PC, on the east side of Watson (Northside area) where the main highway forks (travelling south) there is a NCPD gig under the highway, but it doesn't show on the map. The road forks, and then forks again on both east and west sides, its under the first split. If you fast travel to Longshore North, then travel south on the highway, you'll see the gig under the highway on the mini map.
