Cyberpsycho Quest is broken =(

As the title says the Cyberpsycho quest chain is broken.
Me like many other get to one where its a psycho stuck in a freezer and scan everything around and such but se never triggers and climbs out hence we cant subdue/kill her and move on with the quest.
This needs to be adressed asap

Yeah had this one too. Reloaded 2 times and waited where johnny was sitting after scanning the clue or body there. Can take a minute or two.

There are youtube vids with walkthroughs. What to scan in which order.
I tried it like 15 times but it didn't work because I can't scan the bodies. Regardless from which distance and angle I tried, can't scan them.
So be aware that even If you know how to do it, there is still the possibility that it won't work.
Had to learn it the hard way. Waiting for a fix.

I'm experiencing the same problem at the moment. I reloaded to before I started the quest, but I am not getting the prompt I see in walk-throughs.

do you actually read the quest log and shards?
you have to scan everything in the zone and then there is a message saying you have to wait till midnight to see the psycho

Worked for me both times without hints. there is some random crap you need to scan that has nothing to do with the bodies that triggers it.

happened to me on my first psycho. she got stuck in some stairs which made her a ton easier to kill, but then when she died she fell through to somewhere unreachable underneath. that quest is still open.

For me its the Delamain quests that are broken i hope the next patch fix these bugs.

I rember when I was looking for her I turned on all lights scanned all stupid things on the ground, alot of them only show up somtimes at some angles I also decrypted the shard and eventually after loads of scanning she came out of the bath.

Some quests don't update for a long time as in 1 minute. All you can do is wait. Also I find quests are missing objects or people. For that you have to reload a game save.
BTW My pc runs the game fast so the quest update lag isn't my PC.
Off note, I've also found that after a mob fight, some loot isn't lootable. This too I find if I wait about 45 seconds, go back, I can loot the corpse. Some of the bugs make no sense.

I noticed some of the quests only show up at certain times. This one for example shows up on the map only during night time. I also thought its a bug at first.

you need download Cyber Tweak Engine and do all on video and the Cyber Tweak Engine. page and put the Game.SetDebugFact("holo_delamain_calls_v_start_done", 1) in game console when you load your game and console
