what is it and how to desactivate ?

Which status effect are you talking about? Most of the status effects will be displayed to the right of your health bar with a number indicating how long it will last.

i don't understand.

i don't see anything wrong in that picture.

you don't have any status effects on, it's just text that's part of the user interface.
