Keanu's one of the very few actors who deserves to be cared about.
They are wrong to be mad about him.
But for those that are mad, it is because they changed the plot and the game direction when they brought Keanu.
It means that, we've got the current game, which is not the one advertised, because they decided to focus the entire game around Silverhand's Keanu.
Those that blame keanu for that are just misleading their anger.
Really, I wish they'd lean into the sidequests. Make Johnny a bit obnoxious as he is, but not fatal, and have him be the foil/buddy cop character to V; ditch the whole imminent death thing entirely and just have more fun with it.
That'd also fix the endings too, let the player finish the game on their own terms. Why not leave with Judy when she wants to bail? Or leave with the Aldecados when they ask you to join? Or go to Tokyo with Kerry? Or become the Peralez's bodyguard? Stuff like that I feel would have honestly felt more real, more personal, and much more fitting to an open world where the player isn't a demigod hero. Let the player be a person, and have the game end in a human manner.
he hyped the game so much i expectid a good showing of johnny silverhand .
i dont know wat it is but it just feal like he did :

78% of people on steam don't hate it.
Explain why I should give a ♥♥♥♥ about the opinions of people who never played it?
Your explanation sucked.
The real question is, who hates Keanu specifically?
Answer? Hardly anybody who matters. I haven't seen any reputable critic hate Keanu for this.
