exactly! found only 2 cars which are ok to drive in 1st person
Also the head height in FPS driving needs to be increased and/or adjustable by the player. Can barely see the road in most cars.
Something against mirrors? No it has something against driving as a whole. The driving is terrible
what makes it even more hilarious is the FOV slider is practically useless in this regard
Its for this reason they limit 'true' 2nd camera mirrors to a highly restricted, switch on/off context where they can make sure the surrounding environment is simpler to reduce the rendering load of the 2nd camera, and lock the player to staring at the mirror, so they won't notice the FPS hit so much.
In short, they could easily make car mirrors/2nd cameras 'work', but the FPS hit would be so bad they'd be useless.
What they should undoubtedly add, though, is just holding a key to lean round and look out the back.
You DO realise that several vehicles have NO rear view window...right?
Funny - Works just fine in third person mode. Driving completely blind however does not.
