after patch 1.06 i cant play the game

anybody has the same issues? I cant get in to the game always flatlined after downloaded and installed this latest patch, wonder why,
previous time, i can play with some bugs but thats okay, like delamain bugs that's prevent me from picking up the phone and the quest its not working.
but this is the worst, i cannot play at all, somehow.

Try verifying your files in the STEAM settings that is what fixes the crashing for me whenever there is an update.

Same. I verified files and still will not work. Might just have to redownload the whole game, kinda annoying considering I was reaching the end.

dang it,, better back to patch 1.05 and not update it, at least its still playable

When verifying i got a 1GB download and everything is working with no problems. Might have something to do with ones internet connection when it comes to how many files don't come through properly which may have nothing with speed but with having a stable connection.

Game crashed on launch after 1.06 update, I verified the files and 9 were missing and it took a 10Gb update...

I got the "flatline" error after 1.06 patch. It was a hassle, but verification worked. Game runs fine now for me.

I get flatlined error every single damn time I get into the first mission and each time a play the game, the crashes become more frequent and occurs faster. Verified local files after first crash and it helped me launch the CD Red exe thing but when I played the game, it crashed and gave me flatlined error again. I just bought the game today because I really do think its a great game but now...idk anymore. These problems are giving me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ headache.

Well after verifying my files, 2 files couldn't be found. Now onto a 17GB download...

guys after verify and download more than 15gb now its run smooth on high custom preset while back then capable only on medium preset. just be patient guys. cheers

That means whatever was in your game folder wasn't correct. Letting that download finish should fix it.
