Cyberpsycho Sighting: Lex Talionis -HELP

I have done all of the cyberpsycho fights apart from the one above. I did all the other pre completing "Transmission" quest. Now that i have done it I expected to get the quest on the map for Cyberpsycho Sighting: Lex Talionis however i did not. Anyone know how to get it to appear so i can finish the mission, thanks :)

you gotta go to "undiscovered" areas and one of them will be the cyberpsycho one.

Yeah that is how i did all the others but this one isn't showing on the map. online it says that I have to finish Transmission which i now have. I have looked at the location online as it wasn't appearing and it is not there

dunno i just went around and did everything and eventually encountered it.

you can look up where it is and just go there?

dunno, do you have an earlier save you can load after verifying game data to make sure your game's isn't corrupted?

You need to have advanced the story to a degree to get that to pop.

I found him right next to the area you fight the grenade nose dude in the boxing quest in pacifica.

Yes everywhere online it says you need to complete Transmission as stated above which i have now done and the quest after that and it is still not showing

All the missions theoretically work, but there's also a chance of them not working. I had to restart the cyberpshycho mission with the maelstrom ritual several times. And when it finally worked, the psycho spawned on top of a crate instead of inside the freezer like she was supposed to.

yeah i'm sure it works? just not for me at the moment clearly just a bug wanted to see if anyone knew a fix/something i was doing wrong

are you sure transmission is the only requirement? That questline doesn't really give much of a reward might aswell keep playing and see if it turns up later.
