Cyberpsycho sighting: bloody ritual bugged?

Having an issue with this mission not completing.

UPDATE: Many here have mistaken the problem as the mission not triggering or progressing. In clarifying the issue is not that the cyberpsycho does not appear or that the objects cannot be scanned. The issue is that despite scanning everything and defeating the cyberpsycho after the crawls out of the tub that the mission does not complete.

It's pretty bugged.
I scanned everything and nothing happened.

Stood around a while and he just randomly popped from the fridge without any trigger.

I know about one mission in a hotel, if you don't kill or down the guards before you reach your objective you can't fulfill it, guess in 200 hrs I only had 2 of such bugs

Yeah i think it bugs out if you interact with the "freezer" or whatever the hell that thing is that he comes out of.

If you don't do that, and simply check the body on the left where Johnny will be sitting, the script should trigger normally.

x2 - it's not bugged, but some of the items are hard to find - besides the body and freezer, there's a bloody sheet, and the last item is near where Johnny is sitting, hidden in the grass. She spawned for me after that was discovered, no problem.

It's bugged, scanning everything and doing it after 8pm does nothing if you initially approached it wrong. I went in stealth from above and it glitched out. The fix of reloading an autosave is not really a fix, it's just another opportunity to go back and hope that it doesn't glitch out. A lot of people are way past that.

I modified: mq_wat_nid_15_clue to 3
Note: In the save I modified i've already scanned everything, and the save is done outside of the area.
After modification; When I enter the area, she comes out of the bathtub, hope it helps !

It is 120,000% bugged my dude, I don't know why there are so many people insisting that it is not. There have been maps drawn of all the clue points. Guides of the quest. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bugged.

Yeah I just reloaded it a few times and got it to work.

The one trigger having her coming out of the tub was not working... i was like wtf...

Then after reloading I got her to spawn.

You have to do it at a time of day where it's dark outside. I had to reload a save before i scanned anything, set the time to midnight, and then rescan everything to get it to work.

Not required, I did whole quest in middle of the day(bright skies).

EDIT: Assume it's the one with the chick getting out of the bath, in the pentagram thing.
