Can’t leave Lizzies Bar

I’m stuck in Lizzies bar. I finished that mission where Judy shows me BD’s but I can’t leave out the front door of my the building and I can’t fast travel. I’m legit stuck in here. I’ve already saved, quit, and reloaded the entire game but I still can’t leave

i just got the cigar case to go find evelyn and now i cant leave the bar....

What time is it? The bar closes at like 6am, and opens back up about 6pm, not sure exact times. Try speeding time up to 10pm?
