Skippy upgrade?
can we upgrade skippy to legendary tier? (no craft spec unlocked)

I found Skippy today. It has a quest/story behind it, with a twist.

Apparently, you can upgrade it, if it remains in your hands.

You will need the crafting power to do so, however.

What do you need to upgrade skippy? I was unaware you needed any perks to upgrade, Craft yes, but I have no perks in Crafting and I can upgrade my legendary revolver.
Skippy shows up in the upgrade menu and even shows what stats it would have if upgraded to the next level but the upgrade button is locked.

Skippy levels up with you, you don't need to upgrade it

Not through the intended ways. If you have cyber engine tweaks installed you can use console commands to make it legendary

No he scales with your level. You can kill him though and thank god I am glad to be rid of that nuisance.
